“Chambre rénovée sont conforment au standard d'un hôtel en Europe, celles non rénovées sont propres, spatieuses, simplement désuètes Personnel très professionnel et chaleureux, petit déjeuner correct, restaurant dispose d'un choix limité, le service est lent, les prix dans la moyenne des autres restaurants, très belle piscine, extérieur entièrement rénové ”

“At check in I was told my expedia reservation had been cancelled. Not true at all. I had to check in with a pre-autorization as new guest. But once the issue got solved, the concierge and all personnel was very polite and caring, calling me by my name. On my departure day (late evening) I was given a room to take a shower (free of charge). The hotel is a standard African aged, well preserved good hotel. But polite service and excuses make the difference !”

“This hotel is top notch in that city. It’s very clean, the rooms are spacious, the services are beyond expectation in that city. It’s not too far from the main road, easy accessibility to other things of interest as most amenities are in the building, such as, a clean pool, great restaurant, mini shops, spa in the building etc. and the security too is very great.
